Before you log in — checklist

• Bookmark Uphold & use official apps
• Use a unique password + password manager
• Enable 2FA (authenticator app preferred)

1) Open Uphold from your bookmark or the official app. (Avoid emailed links.)

2) Enter your email and password; approve web logins from your trusted mobile device if prompted.

3) Enable 2FA in Settings → Security for extra protection.

4) If login fails, check the status page and support hub before contacting support.

Security reminder

If you receive an unexpected login approval request or an email asking for your password/2FA code, treat it as suspicious — deny and contact support.
